Hasso Store ("we", "us") runs this website and our WhatsApp channel. You can reach us at james@hasso.store, on 082 077 6023, or at 314 Domkrag Street, Waltloo, Pretoria, 0184.
We collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, order history, and any messages you send us, including on WhatsApp. We also collect basic website data such as cookies, your IP address and browser type.
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, take payments, answer questions and give support, and send order updates on WhatsApp, email or SMS. With your consent, we also use it to send you promotions, and you can opt out at any time.
We share your information only as needed to run our service: with couriers for delivery, with payment providers to process payments, with Meta (WhatsApp) to send and receive messages, and with Odoo, which hosts our store and records. We never sell your personal information.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, for example tax records.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you can object to direct marketing. To make a request, email james@hasso.store. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
If you message us on WhatsApp, we store the conversation so we can help you. Reply STOP at any time and we won't send you any more marketing messages.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
